Growing up, her family ran the bar Cafe Seda in Old San Juan. From there, she learned bartending at The Ritz Carlton Puerto Rico, and has worked behind the bar all the way from sunny South Beach, Miami, to the beautiful Hawaiian Islands.
After moving to Las Vegas, she worked her way up from a Cosmopolitan barback and has been the Lead Bartender at concepts run by “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro and Chef Lorena Garcia at Chica. She is formerly the Corporate Bar Manager of the award-winning team at Herbs & Rye and Cleaver, led by Nectaly Mendoza. She is now the General Manager of the Best U.S. Restaurant Bar 2024 Cleaver Butchered Meats & Classic Cocktails in Las Vegas. During her free time, she’s also one of Rums of Puerto Rico US Brand Ambassador.
